Design Brief

• Take raw site of 1020m2 spread over 2# floors – do design – 3 d’ proposals and presentations to client.
• Compile all drawings, details and specification for council submission and obtain final occupation Certificate. 
• Provide detailed project construction time line schedule and carry out all aspects of build work in accordance with detailed specifications and in line with time lines set. 
• Set up and link 2 large sever rooms and connect all desking to sophisticated internet access.
• Design and apply all signage requirements, colours and parking pay signage.
• Design, supply and install external covers and furniture.
• Design, construct two fully equipped canteens and kitchen / staff chill areas.
• Hand over completed project to client on time and on budget.
