Design Brief

• Take old bachelor flat and convert to 2 bedrooms.
• Gut kitchen and convert to bedroom.
• Enclose large balcony and convert to 2nd bedroom.
• Form open plan kitchen into existing alcove.
• Replace old timber windows with aluminium.
• Sand and varnish all floors and repaint flat.
