• Remove timber floors to upstairs, screed and replace, gut the kitchen and scullery and replace, gut 1# large en-suit bathroom and change to 2# en-suits linking up 2nd en-suit to 2nd bedroom.
• Gut stand-alone bathroom and change into home office.
