• Strip all floor finishes throughout the house including kitchen, lounge, passage, bedrooms and dining room.
• Prepare all surfaces to take large ceramic tiles throughout.
• Prepare foundations and floor for new 4 Seasons addition and tile.
• Provide security door from garage into house, redo all cornices and paint.
